How to Activate eSIM on Android Devices

Step 1: Purchase Your GigaXeSIM Plan ⇒ Visit www.gigaxesim.com and select your destination. Wait for the email with your plan description and installation details.

Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi - Ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting the activation process.

Step 3: Install via one of the following methods

• Navigate to "add eSIM" ⇒ inside Settings > SIM Manager (or Network & Internet) look for “Add eSIM” and tap the option, follow instructions
• Install from “QR Code” ⇒ use another device to display the code and scan it with yours – follow the on-screen instructions
• Enter “Authentification code” ⇒ check the code you received in your email and manually enter the details – follow the on-screen instructions

Step 4: Activate Your Plan

• Once setup is complete, activate your plan and wait for the installation of eSIM finish

How to Activate eSIM on iPhone

Your iPhone must be running iOS 17.1 or newer and be unlocked to use eSIM. Check by going to Settings > General > About and look for a Digital SIM section.

Step 2: Prepare for Installation

• Connect to Wi-Fi
• Ensure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version

Step 3: Install via one of the 3 methods

You can quickly access the eSIM installation from Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM or use one of the following steps:

• Select "Scan QR code" ⇒ Point your camera at the QR code and follow instructions or hold QR code in the email (automatic scanning for newer devices)
• Tap “Install eSIM” or Link inside the email ⇒ follow instructions and wait for the installation to finish
• Set up “Manually” ⇒ Inside “Settings ” click on "Cellular/MobileData” look for the “Add eSIM” button and enter details from the email manually
